Welcome to IIA Afghanistan
Established in 2016, The Institute of Internal Auditors – Afghanistan is recognized as a non-profit organization, with the intention to provide dynamic leadership for the profession of internal auditing in Afghanistan. The efforts to establish the chapter date back to 2014, when a group of internal auditors in Kabul recognized the need of a professional body to develop and institutionalize the internal audit practice in the country. In 2016 the very first Board of Directors was formed, which is the ultimate governing body of the chapter.
